Download Your Membership Card

To download your digital membership card,

Members will receive an email with a link to download their digital membership card. Once the card is downloaded, click the “Add to…” button at the top of the screen to download your digital membership card to the appropriate wallet app on your mobile device.

Your digital membership card will have all the people named in your membership and the number of children. You can also share the digital card with your second named member (Basic levels and above) or your Designated Caregiver (for PLUS and Baensch level memberships) by going to the (i) button and going to the ‘back’ page of your card and clicking ‘share’.

Note that Android users will need to install the WalletPasses app on the device that you wish to save your digital membership card.

 

How will I use my digital membership card? Your digital membership card is unique to your membership and displays your name, membership level, and expiration date. Simply show your digital membership card to our staff at the Admissions Desk to take advantage of your member benefits!

 

How do I receive my digital membership card? Digital membership cards will be sent to the primary email address of every active member. You will need to open this email on your mobile device and follow the instructions to download the card. The card will automatically be stored in your phone’s wallet app. Android users may need to install Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading your card.

 

What if I don’t have a wallet app installed on my phone? The email you receive will provide step-by-step instructions and a link to download the recommended wallet application to store your digital membership card and similar types of digital cards and passes. If you prefer to receive a paper membership card instead, please contact us at (920) 684-4445.

I am not sure I received my digital card. Can you send it again? Yes! Please contact us at (920) 684-4445, and we can resend the email for you to download and enjoy your digital membership card. You may also want to check the Junk, Spam, and Unwanted folders of your email.

My digital membership card name/expiry date/membership level is incorrect. How do I fix it?

  1. Open the original email you received to download your digital card (make a note about saving the email during digital card download) on your computer.

    • Can’t find your original email? Call the museum at (920)-684-4445 or email GuestServices@manitowoccountyhistory.org to get a new digital card download email sent to you.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click the “Download Membership Card” button to open the download page. This will open a new tab in your web browser.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the download page and find the regeneration button that states “Notice and inaccuracy or old expiration date? Tap here to regenerate your card”. Click this link.

  4. Return to your inbox and open the “Action Required” email. Click on “Confirm request to regenerate digital membership card”. A new email will be sent to your account, this may take a few minutes.

  5. Open the new email containing the link to your new digital card.

  6. Install the new digital card to your phone from the email you just received, make sure you open the email on your mobile device. Finally, delete the old or outdated digital card from your mobile device.
