Hometown History Expo

Saturday, August 9 from 10 am to 4 pm

Connecting our communities

Our Hometown History Expo aims to connect museum visitors with their local small museums, town historians, historical societies, and genealogy groups. Included in the cost of general museum admission, come out for a day of exciting local learning and participation in local history! This event aims to provide a platform to raise awareness for the plethora of fantastic small museums and historical societies we are so lucky to have in the Manitowoc County community!

Reconnect with hometown history!

On this special day we’ll be inviting 10+ local museums, historical societies, genealogy groups, and town historians, to be on-site and host a table in the Two Creeks Town Hall. Our visitors will learn about the wide breadth of local historical organizations and find new community connections.

Organizations joining us are:

  • Centreville Settlement

  • Manitowoc County Genealogical Society

  • Mishicot Historical Museum

  • St. Nazianz Area Historical Society

  • Two Rivers Historical Society

Check back soon to see our growing list of organizations that will be on site!
