Scout Program Registration

Fill out the form below to register your scout group for an MCHS Scout Program. Please keep in mind that programs can be scheduled May 1 through October 24, Tuesday through Sunday, between 10 am and 4 pm.

If you do not hear from our Program Coordinator within two weeks of filling out this form, please let us know by calling (920) 684-4445 or emailing programs@manitowoccountyhistory.org.
