I agree to review all pre-visit materials provided by the Manitowoc County Historical Society prior to my visit, which I will receive via email.
I will have one payment ready upon arrival on the day of our program, based on the invoice that I will receive with my pre-visit materials.
I understand that I need to recruit and prepare adult chaperones for our program, at least 1 per every 10 scouts.
Arriving later than the scheduled program start time may result in a condensed or shortened experience. I will alert MCHS staff if our group will be late.
Non-emergency cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior, or I may be subjected to a cancellation fee.
Programs continue rain or shine, I will make sure my scouts are dressed accordingly.
In the event of a severe storm, MCHS will cancel my program and I will not be charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
